Oh, the places you’ll go. Oh, the many foods you’ll encounter.
I don’t really travel much during summer or during breaks, but I do like to go to different places to eat and try new things. Most of the time when the food arrives, I take a picture of it first before eating to remember what I ordered. That way, if I ever go back to eat at the same place, I’ll know to get something different or perhaps if the food was so good, I’ll want to try it again. Enough with the talk, I’ll show you a lot of the pictures of food I accumulated over time. I’ll try to caption the name of the food and places I went to.
Sushi at Kabuki located in Bella Terra.
This is the Vegas roll. It contains cheese.
Sushi at Full Moon located in Fountain Valley, CA. Sorry I forgot the name of this. ):
Like I mentioned before, I forgot the name of this dish, but it was really good and the best part of it was the white flakes on top move when it’s first out. The heat from the rolls cause the flakes to look like they’re alive!
Korean BBQ at Gen located near Bella Terra. The side dishes are bomb! I am not sure if there’s seafood there because I always forget to check. BUT, I do know that the meat there is gorgeous.
Tofu soup!!! It’s not as spicy as it looks, so don’t be afraid to give this a try!!
Glass noodles at Gen Kbbq.
Shabu Shabu located near the beach in huntington (Huntington Beach).
I recommend ordering miso soup here.
Main street where Bruxies, BJ’s, and Shabu Shabu are located.
Bruxies!! (Also located in Huntington Beach.)
Smore waffles!!! These are so worth going on a sugar diet for a year. 6:
Cajun steak and cajun shrimp at Dave and Buster’s!
Buffalo Wild Wings!!! There’s one in Bella Terra. I personally like to order traditional wings there (with bones). I recommend Asian Zing, Parmesan Cheese, and also Spicy Garlic. The onion rings there are fantastic as well. What I do NOT recommend getting is the macaroni and cheese because for $4, you get a really small amount as you can see in the picture.
KFC’s famous bowl!! It consists of mashed potatoes topped with popcorn chicken, corn, gravy, and cheese! (KFC=Kentucky Fried Chicken).
CHICKEN CHIPOTLE AT EARL’S SANDWICHES IN DOWN TOWN DISNEY!
The ramen burger! If you go to OC night markets or the 626 night market in LA, you will most likely be able to try it.
In n’ out burger. Their burgers are bomb and so are their fries. (:
Animal fries is definitely a must try at In n’ out. Be sure to exercise a lot after consuming one.
Animal fries at its finest.
G-burger located near Afters (Fountain Valley, CA). The sliders are really good and so are the fries.
These are their famous animal style fries, very similar to the animals fries at In n’ out, but this is on a whole new level because it has bacon.
Crawfish house! I recommend getting crawfish and shrimp (cajun flavored). I also recommend getting onions rings and cajun fries. I like Crawfish house because it’s less crowded than Boiling Crab, so I never have to wait. It also has happy hour, so it’s way cheaper.
Calamari at Tebo.
The Paris in a Box at Tebo.
There’s ice-cream, fruits, and the outside is very crispy. It costs $10.
The pastries at 85 Degrees are my absolute favorite. Everything is baked to perfection.
I think this is part of the Oreo cheesecake at The Cheesecake Factory. It’s my favorite place to get cheesecake.
Downtown Disney makes food look too pretty to eat.
Yogurtland is a place that sells frozen yogurt. You get to choose the flavors you want and also toppings. If you ever want something cold and healthy, fro-yo is the way to go bro.
Some of the toppings from Yogurtland.
Coldstone sells the best ice-cream and milkshakes. There’s one located in Seal Beach.
This is the “cookie monster” at Afters Icecream. This is my personal favorite flavor, but many people like the Jasmine milk tea one. Afters has a lot of unique flavors, but can be expensive. I believe it’s $3 a scoop.
The milky bun at Afters is also good, but I’m not a huge fan of it. It’s basically ice-cream sandwiched in a donut.
I believe this is peach and mango italian ice at Zero Degrees. I don’t remember exactly what this is, but I remember asking the worker for recommendations.
Strawberry frap at Starbucks.
Green Tea frap.
Strawberry Black Tea.
Jamba Juice has the best and healthiest smoothies ever. I like the “Mango a go-go” there.
Tebo also has really good fruit smoothies, but it also has tea as well.
I like the Crimson Peach tea (I think that’s how it’s spelled).
Almond Hau’s also has really good drinks. I’ve only been there once and I don’t remember what I ordered, but there’s a chart inside that lists the most popular flavors.
Lollicup is one of my favorite places to go to get boba. My favorite thing about going there is they have mini boba.
*** I’ll update more information of the food names and places sometime later!!
